No, for much the same reason that they can't handle it with 4G. That is a lot of bandwidth and will require a lot of build out and a lot of infrastructure. The issue isn't a limit/bottleneck in the tech, the issue is that to support a lot of people using a lot of bandwidth will require a much more densely populated network. 5G doens't require the big towers that 4G does, which will help, but even cheap cells become expensive when you start multiplying the cost out.
Consider why so many carriers now support wifi calling.
