The one in Indiana sounds vaguely familar, maybe from me having lived in the Midwest from a child through my young adult years. The one in Bay City (I'm sure that it qualifies as being in the Midwest, too, but I lived closer to the Kosciusko in Indiana) does not ring a bell at all.
I always try to hedge my bets (figuratively speaking). This time, I put "that I know of."
