I bounce between Perfect Viewer, ComicRack and Challenger on Android and Cover on Windows. Each has things I like and things I wish were changed.

Last time I actually used PerfectViewer was in 2013 (Nexus 7 2013) and I prefer simple list view.
Hardware-wise, I really like the iPad. I've tried searching for 4:3 250+ ppi Android tablets with microSD card but the only devices to meet that criteria were Chinese branded ones with even worse chipsets than the oft lambasted iPad 3. Aside from that, none of the Android tablets I've tried has come close to the iPad in terms of battery life.
In any case, I'm quite content with the native comiXology app (512GB iPad). Only reason I download Kindle versions is so that I have DRM-free copies. Most of my books on Amazon are deep discount Marvel GNs anyway. Used to purchase my GNs on the Nook but they've changed their DRM so it became impossible to remove DRM from Nook graphic novels without rooting (regular ebooks were still fine). Considering buying from Kobo in future.
