The 9.7'' lo-res (ED097TC2) costs 250$, the much better 10.3'' hi-res (ES103TC1), ~2.67 times as rich, costs 350$. Yes, for current quality the 9.7'' has an exhorbitant cost, it could easily be valued as 150$ worth or less.
