I've read 37 books this year and we're 16 weeks into 2018, so I'm in your target audience.

I read at lunchtime (1/2 hour) I read before going to sleep (1/2hr to 1hr). I sometimes read in the evenings, and I usually get in an hour or two each day at weekends.

This is a slow year for me. I used to get in more reading time on my commute, but can't since switching to a car share.

I read at about 400wpm. This isn't 'speed reading', just my natural pace. So a 200 page book probably takes me about three hours of reading time.
