I got an email about this earlier today, and the email indicates the free book and discount are good from April 23 through midnight 25/04/2018 GMT, however I just tried it now (a couple of hours short of April 23, GMT) and the book is already free.

other free ebooks. I think that they change a little bit from time to time.
