You can try BetterBatteryStats. It's $2.49, but you can run it on an unrooted device using some provided adb commands.

Edit: Moreover, I installed Nova Launcher, What that allows me to do is that, when I open Nova, and then check out the app drawer and go into settings, I can access more settings than on the Onyx launcher. One of those settings is Battery Saver, which normally is part of Marshmallow. That may help as well.
