I contacted Audible support.
The gist: after some effort, they cancelled my Light membership, gave me a free month with 2 credits. The rep didn't know if I would get a second month free or not. She said that I would just have to check the link (the one that ApK gave) and see what happens. I signed in just now, followed the link, and I found that I have two credits in my account now. However, I found that my next bill is due 5-28--so, I'm getting just one month free, at least as things stand now. Oh, and I'm losing several months of my Inactive Light membership, for what it's worth.
