I'm glad that you told me recently that you didn't mind me piggybacking off of your posts, although this will be more like using it as a springboard . . . .
If you go to the author's website (sambathla.com), he'll send you three free ebooks, if you will provide your email addy.

One point that I wanted to add to my post above, but didn't because I was using a smartphone and it was getting tedious and frustrating to use . . . .
The book is apparently a self-pub. I used to think automatically "junk" when I saw a self-pub. I don't anymore.
One cause for the epiphany is a very recent discussion with a friend who has published four books, I think that it is. They are highly technical and, knowing him, written using extremely high standards. He went the traditional publisher route the first time, and made practically no money on the book (I "got lost" when he tried to explain all of the reasons). The next three or so that he has written, he went the self-pub route and made some apparently respectable profits.
I said all of that to say this: don't dismiss automatically a self-pub book, like the one that GA Russell or anyone else posts, as not worthy of consideration. It might be a good one, and a self-pub for reasons other than because a traditional publisher didn't think that it was good enough to publish.
I made the above comments specifically in connection with GA Russell's post. I won't (and can't) start, here, a discussion of the traditional vs self-pub publishing issue. But, if one or more MobileReaders are interested in discussing it, we can take it to an appropriate thread (although I personally have very little additional knowledge to share on the subject).
