The simplest way is to have the books in HTML format, then make a simple HTML file which just links to each of them, and convert that to LRF using any2lrf with --link-levels=1. That will create a TOC with an entry for each book, and include all of the books in one file.
I appreciate the help. Could I use the any2lrf with my LRF files to begin with? I've tried converting lit to HTML using both Convert Lit.com and Amber converter of lit. Both convert giving blank lines between paragraphs and no paragraph indentions. Not a way I'd like to read a book - any suggestions?
