Ah, teas that need a mortgage -- I know those. My personal one is Keemun Xian Zhen. About every two years I break down and buy a 50 gms, and then nurse it to last as long as I can. I'm out now, and waiting for this season's to show up. (Growing conditions in China last year were not propitious to producing good teas.)

FSOJ and coffee this morning.
