Seriously, the court should be advised of the dura and the stress. AND that at every corner, every attempt, your uncle has made the wrong, illegal choice. That sometimes gets lost in the shuffle, too.

Our lawyer will no doubt tell the judge how long this is taking and that in our opinion mediation will not work. And she also tells court about all the illegal things my uncle's done (but if the judge reads all the documents he'll find that out for himself). But my parents would never admit that it all leads to mental health issues. Because we're the perfect family (read that in a sarcastic voice).
Not that I've told my parents about my anxiety attacks or dark periods. They would think I'm weaker than they already think I am. Also they probably wouldn't care, since they've been not updating me about what's happening. Because I'm can't help with this thing, my sister has studied law and can help, and of course the whole situation's all my fault. My only function is to serve as a lightning rod for everybody's moods.
