For some reason, this looked like the kind of ebook that would be free at Amazon somewhere. Sure enough, here is one (I don't know if the only one) that is free.

Of course, there may be some advantage(s) to the edition that you posted--e.g., with the preface, foreward, compatibility with Kindle readers, etc.

I went ahead and got the free one. I'll put the 83 cents that I saved toward that copy of the Oxford English Dictionary that I've been wanting (I'll accept one on CD; and the second, instead of the third, edition will be okay). All that I will lack now is $3,213.76.
