Yes you can.

But why are you creating multiple libraries, and not just one. I partition my regular books library into Virtual Libraries for Novels, Biographies, Reference, Children's Books etc - bit like a pubic library. IMO the only reason to have separate libraries is if you want to carry disparate metadata for different types of books, e.g. I keep separate libraries for regular books, magazines, comics, and videos.
