Just bought my wife that new 10 inch Fire Tablet

for $109 US for Prime users, a pretty good deal I think. But I have had trouble identifying cheap cases for it. I see the expensive $40 - $50 Amazon branded cases, but I'm having a hard time identifying cases from the other vendors.

The problem is Amazon's confusing "Generation" designation. They never tell the consumer which generation their product is, but the 3rd party vendors seem to sell based on the generation. Can someone with recent Fire tablet experience help me sort this out?
