I agree with what everyone else said about the Regex. Only way you could get help is if is if you post code samples.

Maybe run it through the ScrambleEPUB plugin for Calibre:

IF they had human-readable file/class names (or proper alt data), this would make it easier. If not, you'll probably have to brute force them all.
