The NCSU campus had one intersection with a traffic light that was the scene of many accidents ... running "late" cautions, etc. so they decided to replace it with a roundabout ... which no one knew how to drive through ... and the accidents sky-rocketed ... until even the campus buses were hitting cars ...
So they put the traffic light intersection back ...
