Hi there,

My Kobo Glo has seemed to completely freeze up. It was a refurb, and I wonder if the firmware was dodgy.

Now, I don't get any response from any of the buttons at all, no lights or anything. None of the reset options at all work, no response. No lights when charging either. There is a picture on the standby screen (Steve Jobs interestingly!)

Do you think a SD card image might help? Could I please be sent one? Any other ideas?
