Unfortunately, it looks like there isn't an ebook of that book either. The page mentioning Amazon almost certainly wasn't actually from Amazon. Amazon do not sell PDFs of books at all.
What you could do is get a paper copy, scan the page(s) with the bits you want to quote, and use OCR to convert the page images to editable text.
