I may have to contact CS about the 25% Off on the Fire 10. I received the $35 for the Kindle PW Instantly. I received the $40 for the Fire as soon as it was Delivered. Now I told BOTH have been Verified....but they still have Not taken the 25% Off the Fire I Purchased as the Trade-in Bonus. They haven't mail it yet so hope they catch it when they do....money still in my sons account
