So, my day starts out at work wondering where the heck my office supply order is. I order, stuff usually comes next day unless it's later in the day and then it's 2 days later. Well, it's now Friday and no order. I know I ordered it Tuesday or Wednesday.
Check the order history on the website and it says delivered Wednesday morning and signed for my Leehn. Umm, nope, it was NOT delivered to me and there's no one that has that last name.
Got on chat on the website only for them to tell me when it was delivered and who signed for it. Yeah, thanks buddy but I found that out on my own. Well, he'll escalate my issue and their customer response team will get back to me within 4 hours.
Customer response emails me in about 2 hours with, wait for it, the date/time my order was delivered and who signed for it. They hope that helps me. No, not so much and I told them so.
End of the day comes and no email back. Really? They have that many issues contacting their carrier to find out where the heck my order is??? So then I had to call them only to be told AGAIN when my order was delivered and who signed for it. No, I still don't know who that is and I'm quite sure I don't have my order. They don't seem to care now that their carrier delivered it wrong but at least they're re-sending it. Lets just hope it makes it to me next week.
