Screensavers hack worked just fine (really the only one I needed for now) but I get your point.
I updated to 5.8.11 via update_kindle_all_new_paperwhite_5.8.11.bin from Amazon servers and UYK.
Reinstalled the screensaver packages after updating and all works just fine. Thanks a lot ^^
