Yep, I noticed, a little disappointing since the author is a college professor.

Theses are traditionally published - if they were self-published it would at least explain it a little bit. I have seen self published works without such obvious mistakes.

But the problems were few enough and minor enough that their presence didn't really bother me, especially considering the price of the 6 books.
