Namely this one:
https://github.com/Sigil-Ebook/Sigil...ide_0_7_2.epub. Downloading individual files from a github source tree on the web can be a bit of a pain.
It'd be pretty silly of us to have a manual for Sigil that Sigil couldn't open.
