Slow and steady. You've had a rough 13 days, and the last thing you want is a relapse. The good news is that you have the underlying conditioning that you've built up over time. But the bad news is that your body has been overworked and weakened by what you've been through. I know that you already know all this, intellectually, but it's sometimes hard to internalize that when dealing with yourself.
