It's a familiar situation when a new device coming out with
https://ereader.store/en/, with the same comments and criticisms about silence, no reply, etc. but ultimately all devices were delivered. This situation exists from the M92.
Now it's worst because there is the Max2 and the Note in the same period.
Before any comments about this, I agree with all people : It's not a good excuse, but as already written 'Ereader-store' is a little company with a good support - in normal condition. I am concerned by this situation too, I am still waiting a reply before to order the Max2
