I suspected that this company may be owned by Amazon, as it is located in the same town. However, the following is a translated partial extract from Descendants of Phillips

Quote:
Liquavista originates from Philips Research, where it left in 2006. It is striking that the company, which specializes in " electrowetting technology ", has not opted for a spot on the High Tech Campus, but is located at Strijp-S in another old Philips factory, even closer to the original NatLab. Thanks to owner Amazon, it has not only been able to build offices but also a cleanroom.

Etulipa , also from Philips Research and also active in electrowetting, has focused on the development of energy-efficient, electronic displays for outdoor advertising. The product is not finished yet. The company started under the name Miortech as a company for dimmable car mirrors. With a self-developed e-ink-like technique, it can show real-time advertising on large signs. Etulipa is located on the High Tech Campus and hopes to deliver the first products in early 2017.
