I haven't used the eReader for about a week, and after I tried to turn it on today, it didn't do anything. I then did a reset by pushing the button, and the led started flashing for a long time. I finally got it to power on the backlash but the screen is frozen, and there's a feint horizontal line on it. When I got home, there are now more lines on the screen, including 2 vertical lines. It will not respond to trying to change the backlight and I'm not sure if it responds at all. I've attached a photo of the screen, if anyone can help me that will be much appreciated.
