I keep a list of Upcoming Releases in Word. I also have a books folder with separate lists of individual authors with their book info in order by pub date (title, date published, series info, and format). I keep the books highlighted in yellow until they're purchased.

I get emails from FictFact, too, but prefer to keep track myself.

I check out author websites, their newsletters, certain publisher websites (Harlequin, Carina Press, Penguin Random House, etc) as well as fictionDB and FantasticFiction.

Some authors are good about updating their coming soon pages, some....aren't

I don't add books in Calibre until I have the actual book.
