I looked at the SF&F selection on the link and they all look like self-pubbed effusions (judging by the standard of English in some of the teasers, they're the sort of effusion you need industrial chemicals to clean up). I've only read one author (who wasn't bad - but that's no recommendation for the others), and given it specifically mentions books for Kindle I suspect they're scraping Amazon for freebies.
