I am pretty sure also Librera does reflow.
If you have any trouble in installation, you can download the APK file directly from its GitHub page, at
https://github.com/foobnix/LirbiReader
(I am sure a double tap on the downloaded .apk file is sufficient to install. Maybe there is also a setting somewhere of "Trust third party apps", but that is probably dealt with automatically).
