I've searched for this option and just can't find it. The closest I see is under the extended tab: Copy generated KePub files to a directory with a field afterwards which I assumed would place the Kepubs where specified. There is no checkmark I can toggle to disable this option.
When I entered another directory in the field the kepub still ended up in my Calibre library and not in the directory I named. Leaving the field blank saves the kepub. Putting the word "no" into the field also saves the kepub.
I tried uninstalling KoboTouchExtended, restarting Calibre , reinstalling the plugin and restarting Calibre but with no effect. I may try un-reinstalling Calibre as a next step but would rather not with an almost 30000 item library.
For the record, Windows 10, Calibre 3.20 (64 bit), Kobo Touch Extended 3.0.2, H2O (version 1) and Aura One, both with the latest firmware.
