So far the experience has been a bit of a mixed bag compared to my Sony digital paper. Two things I miss are the slight friction between the stylus and the screen on the Sony and the ability to erase by holding the pen button. I really hope mapping the button on the note pen comes soon.

On the note, I've found my hand writing is more legible and the ink seems to be more fluid. Not as many missed strokes as I had on the Sony. I feel as the note is much more responsive overall even when a2 is disabled.

Android apps has been a huge help for me. Being able to pull notes down from the cloud apps and upload or share them on the fly has been a big help. Several times I've wanted to share notes or documents from my Sony without my laptop present and it's such a pain to get them to someone. To make matters worse, all devices in my company are encrypted with bitlocker so transferring files to a secondary drive and handing that to someone wasn't easy either.

Overall happy with the purchase so far. The fact that onyx actually gets random updates out to the device is a big win. I've had the Sony since fall of last year and still not a single update from them. It's pathetic.
