It should just work, but:
  • Disable the KoboTouch driver.
  • Make sure the KoboTouchExtended driver is enabled.
  • Configure the KoboTouchExtended as needed, but make sure the "Enable Extended Kobo Features" option on the "Extended" tab is enabled.
  • Restart calibre before connecting the device.
