The Shakespeare I have on my Kindle is taken from the MR library, which divides the books into Histories, Comedies, Tragedies etc, including the poetry. There are no notes or annotations, which is fine for me, but others may prefer more scholarly editions (in which case I would refer you to the Arden individual paperbacks of the plays).
