Hi

I have Trekstor eBook-Reader 4.0 for about a month. Everything has worked fine, till now. When I try to turn on the reader the screen just flashes and goes back to splash screen. When I try to reset same thing happens.
The device is also not recognised by my PC.
I am sure that device is charged and yesterday it was working fine.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?
