Quite agree. It would also probably do much to lessen the volume of email inquiries. And when one does not respond to email inquiries in a timely fashion, one runs the risk of being considered unreliable, particularly to new potential customers.

Quite agree. Not the best way to attract new customers for a product that carries a substantial price tag.
