I don't know if they're available in Italy or not, but we've recently discussed the InkBook Classic 2 and (I think) Prime (front-lit version, with a faster CPU) in another thread. These have page turn buttons and touch screens, but the touch screen can be turned off. At least in the U.S., the Classic 2 is cheap (about the price of the basic Kindle, a very simple reader). I haven't really seen any reviews, and I can't personally vouch for its quality (or lack of it), but I thought I would throw it out there as a possibility.

It looks like it's available on Amazon.it. At least you can look at the specs there ...
