A lot of thanks for this update. It work as I hoped!
I used Vanicat's recipe till last fall, and was rather satisfied of it. I noticied the odd and random problem with the unicode string.
I had update the web version of the recipe:
One is for the free web version of the paper, without any login. The second is the suscriber version, with a necessary log. In both you somtimes collect 2 or 3 versions of the same papers, in different sections of the paper.
