I buy quite a bit of stuff from eBooks.com and everything I've bought has had ADE DRM.
One of the main reasons I started buying from eBooks.com is that if the publisher allows PDF sales, then eBooks.com includes PDF as a download option. Most publishers have switched to epub only, but a few (Oxford University Press, for example) still sell both epub and PDF.
