What is in Calibre is the only place unless you set up a Cloud backup.
Did you wipe the old computer (reformat the HD)? If you just created a new user, the library folder may still be there. have her search the whole drive for
metadata.db. The active place will have many aythor folders in the same place (you may also have an empty library, there will be no author folders). You want the ENTIRE good folder
