She's hit or miss for me as well.

This one had a very uneven plot which took a turn into stupidsville toward the end. It's an older book from 2003 (not a category line romance, but I think it is a Harlequin). I literally would have thrown the book at the wall if I had been reading a print version. Thankfully I resisted the urge with my tablet.

I only gave it a D- (rather than F) for the heroine's sister who started out as my least favorite character. I wish the story had been about her.
