I've never been called for jury duty, but I was once called as a witness. My testimony would have been that I didn't really get a good look at the person, and I couldn't be sure that the person in the dock was the person I saw that evening. Luckily they pleaded guilty at the start of the case. Probably because I was in court ready to testify.
