By the logic that seems to be popular in this area, if I don't fill my car's gas tank every time I start the engine, that makes filling it up not normal. Similarly, getting an oil change every 8000KM would not be normal. Yet both of those actions are normal/usual/expected when driving a vehicle with a gasoline engine.

So, yes, I do consider the triple write when I start a new chapter as normal, usual and expected since that was the choice I made in the settings.
