As for the definition of normal? Usual, regular, natural seem to be commonly used. The triple write on an eInk screen is pretty much all of those.

Modern kindles go over 20 pages between page turns unless the chapters are short or there are a lot of illustrations, so a triple write page turn would not be "usual".
