$99.99 - $30 Trade-in promo - $35 Trade-in value gift card (PW2) = $34.99 (plus tax on $69.99)

I think if the PW3 was regular pricing right now, it would be:
$119.99 - $50 Trade-in promo - $35 Trade-in value gift card = $34.99

Not bad at all.

Note, trade-in has to be with UPS within 7 days of confirmation. That's another thing to consider if shipping from outside US to an intermediary in the US.
