most of their pdf's are picture scans. Guess the questioner had perceived that the other formats of this book was scrap and now he try to find luck with converting a pdf instead.

@Scotsman129, you need for this kind of pdf document an OCR and a lot of time for working with it. You will often find the original scanned uncompressed pictures in their links. That is then a better starting point if you really want to go that way.
