I ALWAYS use Chat that way when they change people I don't need to Re-Tell!
PW3 keeps Freezing Finally I contacted CS who passed me to a Tech... Then I got passed to 2 other tech.... Last just read the chat said send it back. Then I asked about the Fires sent to another tech he read the chat & told me to contact HP... Also said that I could send the 7" back IF HP couldn't fix the problem. So then we moved to the 10" same thing...warranty Dead so no sending that one back.
Thing is IF I would have been on the phone I Still be there
