Despite temperatures were higher today, -2C, than the last couple of days it felt very cold due to hard wind. But temperatures are going to rise, but first tonight snow. For Tuesday temperatures of 10C are predicted, a huge rise considering the last couple of days it was 15C colder and it felt like it was between -15C and -20C.
