Although it is not relevant to you DRM problem it is worth mentioning this is expected behavior! Uninstalling Calibre only removes the Calibre binaries, not the Calibre Preferences (which is where plugins and settings get installed) or any Calibre libraries. If you want to get rid of the Preferences you have to manually remove the Calibre preferences folder for the logged in user.
